Reasons why I'm awesome

it's a work in progress. But It is finally worth taking a photo of. I'm working on my dragon suit, which will hopefully replace my old costume. Poor old dragon helmet has become old and the horns are getting old. So it's been retired to hang over my lamp (the eyes are clear glass so they glow)

Here is the paper clay/plaster cloth dragon mask I'm working on. I make epoxy follow-me eyes and put in the hardware for a moving jaw. All the horns are on, but the lower two need help, so that should be tomorrow's task. I had to hold the mask from behind to keep it on my head. The pinup pose was completely unintentional...

Hopefully by next weekend I will get to start sanding and carving out some of the excess (to make it lighter). Fortunately it is currently lighter than the dragon hat I made, but it is heavy

I hope to have this head and the matching tail (not started yet) done for the April Michigan Furry Con. I'll be there selling and goofing off in the mask.
